Hi, I’m Yael—your personal guide to delicious, nourishing meals and a healthier relationship with food.

I am a Certified Holistic Chef, the brains (and taste buds) behind The Beneficial Bite, and a whole-food fanatic. My personal health journey began in 2014 after a brutal 6-week elimination cleanse. I was on a mission to uncover what foods were secretly affecting my health. Spoiler alert: it worked. I began a lifestyle change for myself, that significantly changed the way I feel daily.

Fast forward to today, post cleanse and post culinary school, after learning how to source, prepare, and preserve food, I have turned my passion for wellness into purpose. Armed with a deep understanding of dietary restrictions and nutrition-based cooking, I am here to help you navigate your own wellness journey. Because let’s be real—how we feel is often a direct reflection of what we eat. For me, cooking is therapeutic. But I understand, for many, it is not.
